Rooftop solar PV feasibility study

An industrial facility asked a simple question: does rooftop solar make financial sense against a mix of grid supply and diesel generation?

We started with the numbers — a full load analysis from meter data and generator logs, then yield modelling for the available roof area under realistic soiling and temperature assumptions.

The deliverable was a costed feasibility report: three system sizes, each with capex, payback against the blended cost of grid and generator power, and a recommendation the board could act on.
