Energy audit & efficiency roadmap

Before recommending any hardware, we measured how the campus actually uses energy — sub-metering the main loads and building a consumption breakdown by system and by time of day.

The roadmap that came out of it lists efficiency measures in priority order, each with an estimated cost, annual saving, and payback period, so the client can execute in phases as budget allows.
